吡喹酮非水溶液注射剂的研制——日本血吸虫病治疗试验

摘  要:
利用本课题组研制的吡喹酮非水溶液注射剂 ,分别进行了小鼠和牛的日本血吸虫病治疗试验。结果表明 ,感染日本血吸虫的小鼠按每千克体质量 2 0 mg和 30 mg的剂量肌肉注射吡喹酮的减雌率均达 10 0 % ,人工感染日本血吸虫的牛按每千克体质量 10 mg和 12 mg的剂量肌肉注射吡喹酮的减雌率均达 10 0 % ,每千克体质量 8m g的剂量的减雌率为 96 .4 1%。自然感染血吸虫病牛按每千克体质量 10 mg的剂量肌肉注射后 30 d,粪便转阴率达 90 .5 0 %。这一结果说明 ,研制的吡喹酮注射剂具有良好的治疗效果

摘  要:
The treatment test of mice and cattle schistosomiasis japonicum by praziquantel injection were carried out.The results showed that:mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum were intramusularly administrated with praziquantel at a dose of 20,30 mg/kg bodyweight,all mice were autopsied one month after treatment,all of the two groups got 100% female reduction rate;artificial infested cattle were intramuscularly adiministrated with praziquantel at a dose of 8,10,12 mg/kg bodyweight,all cattle were autopsied 20 days after treatment,the female reduction rates of the group at dose of 8 mg/kg bodyweight were 96 41%,the female reduction rates of the other group were all 100%;natural infested cattle were intramuscularly adiministrated with praziquantel at a dose of 10 mg/kg bodyweight,the retro negative rate was 90 50% thirty days after treatment.
