胞内聚-β-羟基丁酸酯对苏云金芽胞杆菌营养细胞耐受性的影响

摘  要:
以苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)BMB171及其聚-β-羟基丁酸酯(Poly-3-hydroxybutyrate,PHB)合成基因簇(phaRBC)强化菌株BMB171+p和PHB合成酶基因(phaC)阻断突变株BMB171-p为研究对象,系统比较BMB171及其PHB基因强化和阻断菌株之间对逆环境耐受能力(包括耐热、抗冻、抗紫外和耐饥饿)的差别.结果表明:胞内PHB能增强苏云金芽胞杆菌菌体对逆环境的耐受能力.

摘  要:
Using Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)strain BMB171,poly-3-hydroxybutyrate(Poly-3-hydroxybutyrate,PHB)synthetic gene cluster(phaRBC)strengthen strain BMB171+p and PHB synthase gene(phaC)blocked mutant BMB171-p to investigate the influence of PHB on resistance to the environmental stress of Bt vegetative cells for the purpose,the differences of reverse environmental tolerances(including heat,cold-resistant,UV-resistant and hunger) were systematically compared.The results indicated that intracellular PHB could strengthen stress resistances of Bt cells to adverse environments.
