假臭草挥发油化学成分分析

摘  要:
采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取假臭草挥发油,利用气质联用仪对假臭草挥发油化学成分进行分析,并利用质谱图进行计算机检索,共鉴定出假臭草精油中37种化合物,其中2-异地丙基-5甲基-9亚甲基,双环[4.4.0]-1烯、β-菖蒲烯醇、刺伯烯、荜茄醇和榄香烯等5种化合物的相对含量较高,分别占18.214%、14.165%,12.065%、10.476%和10.046%。

摘  要:
Volatile oil was extracted from Praxelis clematidea by steam distillation,its composition analysis was made by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and computer retrievals were also carried out by using mass-spectrograms.A total of 37 compounds were identified from the oil,in which bicyclo[4.4.0]dec-l-ene,2-isopropyl-5-methyl-9-methylene-,(+ OR-)-.BETA.-ACORENOL,junipene,cadinol and elemene had a relatively high content,being 18.214%,14.165%,12.065%,10.476%and 10.046%,respectively.
