岷县黑裘皮羊MSTN基因第一外显子的生物信息学分析

摘  要:
采用PCR和测序技术以及生物信息学方法,预测和分析岷县黑裘皮羊MSTN基因第一外显子编码产物的理化特性、高级结构、信号肽、N-糖基化位点及其同源进化关系.结果表明:岷县黑裘皮羊MSTN基因第一外显子编码69个氨基酸,产物为一种不稳定的水溶性蛋白,二级结构为混合型,且以无规则卷曲(Cc)为主,并且不存在N-糖基化位点.从同源进化关系来看,绵羊的MSTN基因与牛的亲缘关系最近.该研究结果可为进一步全面分析和研究岷县黑裘皮羊MSTN基因及其应用研究奠定基础.

摘  要:
The present study analysed the physical and chemical properties,advanced structure,signal peptide,N-glycosylation sites and its homologous evolution relationship for the peptide encoding by the 1 st exon of MSTN in Mingxian black fur sheep,emplying PCR and sequencing techiniques as well as bioinformatics methods. The results showed that the exon 1 of MSTN gene in Miningxian black fur sheep could encode 69 amino acids,which was a kind of unstable water-soluble protein,and its secondary structure was hydrophilic,and mainly consisted of random curl(Cc),and there was no N-glycosylation sites. The homologous evolution relationship among the MSTN genes of sheep and the genetic relationship of cattle was observed to be the most closed evolutionarily. This work may lay a basic foundation for further comprehensive analysis of MSTN in Minxian black fur sheep as well as its application in the husbandry practice.
