茶子壳活性炭的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘 要:
采用氯化锌活化法制备茶子壳活性炭产品,并对其活性炭产率及活性炭对亚甲基蓝吸附性能进行研究。结果表明,氯化锌活化法制备茶子壳活性炭的最佳条件为:浸渍液ZnCl2浓度650 mg/L,浸渍时间2.5 h,活化温度500℃,活化时间1.5 h。在此条件下所得活性炭产率为31.52%,对亚甲基蓝吸附值为182.0mg/g。最优条件制备的茶子壳活性炭比购买的商品活性炭对亚甲基蓝吸附值高出48.2%。该试验结果为茶子壳的综合利用提供了新的途径,同时开发了高品质活性炭,拓宽了活性炭制备原材料的来源。

摘 要:
The camellia shell activated carbon were prepared by zinc chloride activation, and then the yield and adsorption capacity of the activated carbons for methylene blue solution were analyzed. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of camellia shell activated carbon were as follows: impregnation ratio of 650 mg / L, 2.5 hours and 1.5hours activation under 500 ℃. The final yield of the activated carbon under the optimum conditions was 31.5%, and the methylene blue adsorption value was 182.0 mg / g, 32.6% higher than the purchase goods. It provided a new way for the comprehensive utilization of camellia shell and developed a high quality activated carbon to broaden the preparation resource of activated carbon.
