应用细胞分裂素类物质提高玉米抗涝能力的效果与作用

摘  要:
用两种细胞分裂素类物质4PU-30和6-BA喷施受涝玉米苗株可显著减轻玉米涝渍伤害,表现为叶片内叶绿素的降解和脂质过氧化作用产物丙二醛的增生均明显减慢。两种细胞分裂素类物质相比较,4PU-30对丙二醛增生的抑制作用与6-BA效果相近;但抑制叶绿素降解的效果则不及6-BA。4PU-30和6-BA都能明显抑制受涝玉米叶片超氧物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶活性的下降,表明其缓解涝害的作用机理都可能与调节活性氧代谢有关。淹水过程中,4PU-30和6-BA都能抑制受涝植株叶片的伸长生长,但排水后恢复生长则以4PU-30较快,而6-BA恢复较慢。本文还讨论了细胞分裂素类物质4PU-30和6-BA应用于农业生产的可能性。

摘  要:
Two synthetic cytokinins, N-(2-Chloro-4-Pyridyl)-N'-Phenylurea (4PU-30) and 6-BA were used to investigate their effect on improving waterlogging resistance of maize. The experiment was conducted with pot-cultural summer maize (Zea mays L. var. Suyu No. 1) at the stage with 5 leaves. These two cytokinins were sprayed on leaves at the beginnings of waterlogging treatment. The results showed that both chlorophyll degradation and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents increment in leaves induced by waterlogging were inhibited by 4PU-30 and 6-BA. These results indicated that both of these two synthetic cytokinins can relieve waterlogging injuries in maize leaves. Furthermore, there were no significant difference between 4PU-30 and 6-BA in inhibiting MDA increment, while 4PU-30 was less effective than 6-BA in inhibiting chlorophyll degradation. Both 4PU-30 and 6-BA can also significantly inhibit the decrement of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase activity resulted from waterlogging. These results suggested that the mechanism of 4PU-30 and 6-BA in relieving waterlogging injury may be related to regulate active oxygen metabolism. 4PU-30 and 6-BA could retard elongating rate of maize leaf during waterlogging process. After drain, the effect of 4PU-30 on leaf elongating rate was much faster than that of 6-BA.
