外源海藻糖对NaHCO_3胁迫下野鸢尾叶片抗氧化系统的影响

摘  要:
以野鸢尾为研究对象,探讨叶面喷施20 mmol.L-1海藻糖对NaHCO3胁迫下野鸢尾叶片抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明:NaHCO3胁迫下叶面喷施海藻糖的野鸢尾叶片中活性氧(O2.-和H2O2)产生速率、丙二醛含量以及电解质外渗率显著下降,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶和谷胱甘肽还原酶活性以及抗坏血酸和还原型谷胱甘肽含量明显提高。结果显示外源海藻糖在一定程度上可提高NaHCO3胁迫下野鸢尾叶片细胞膜保护功能,减少叶片中活性氧的积累,抑制脂质过氧化,从而提高野鸢尾叶片抗NaHCO3胁迫的能力。

摘  要:
The effects of foliar spraying with 20 mmol·L-1 trehalose(TR) on the antioxidant system in leaves of Iris dichotoma P.under NaHCO3 stress were tested.The production of reactive oxygen species(O·-2 and H2O2),MDA content and electrolyte leakage in leaves of I.dichotoma seedlings treated with exogenous trehalose under NaHCO3 stress decreased significantly,while the activities of SOD,CAT,POD,APX,GR,and the contents of ASC and GSH increased dramatically.The results suggested that exogenous trehalose could,to some extent,improve the function of membrane protective system in leaf cells of I.dichotoma under NaHCO3 stress,reduce accumulation of O·-2 and H2O2,inhibit the lipid peroxidation,and consequently enhance the tolerance of I.dichotoma to NaHCO3 exposure.
