饲料企业动态能力与成长机制研究

摘  要：
饲料企业最容易遭受环境变化的冲击,本研究聚焦企业成长因素、企业IT能力和企业动态能力3个主要变量,探讨"环境动荡性"调节变量作用下的中国饲料企业成长规律。本文通过文献研究和理论建模方式提出饲料企业的成长机制模型及相应的5个理论假设,然后用实证研究的方法对10个饲料企业的573名员工进行问卷调查和跟踪访谈,从而验证动态能力和企业成长理论在我国饲料企业发展过程中的规律。调研访谈和实证分析数据证明:企业的成长因素对IT能力影响显著,企业IT能力对企业动态能力影响显著,企业IT能力在企业成长因素与动态能力之间的中介作用显著,环境动荡性在企业成长因素、企业IT能力和企业动态能力3个变量之间调节作用显著。

摘  要：
Feed enterprises are most vulnerable to the impact of environmental changes. This study focuses on three main variables :enterprise growth factor,enterprise information technology capability and enterprise dynamic capability to explore the growth pattern of Chinese feed enterprises under the moderating variable of "environmental turbulence". Through literature research and theoretical modeling,this paper proposes the growth mechanism model of feed enterprises and corresponding five theoretical hypotheses. Then,using empirical research methods,questionnaire surveys and follow-up interviews are conducted on 573 employees of 10 feed enterprises. Verify the regular application of corporate growth and dynamic capability theory in the growth of Chinese feed enterprises. The final empirical research results show that :enterprise growth factors have a significant impact on enterprise information technology capability,information technology capability has a significant impact on enterprise dynamic capability,information technology capability has mediation effect between enterprise growth factors and dynamic capability;meanwhile ‘environmental turbulence' has moderating effect among enterprise growth factors,information technology capability and dynamic capability.
