AHP法在应用型本科人才培养质量标准评价中的应用

摘  要:
人才培养质量标准是衡量教育水平和效果的重要标尺。本文以应用型大学安徽科技学院环境科学与工程专业人才培养质量标准为研究对象,采用层次分析法(AHP法)对该标准体系建立层次分析模型,并对模型进行了定量分析。研究结果表明,层次模型中C13的权重值最大,超过了0.1,C14、C5、C18和C2权重值也都超过0.05,这表明人才培养质量标准中的实践教学、第二课堂、教育教学水平与投入、基本理论与基本技能和本科教学中心地位这5种因素对应用型大学环境科学与工程专业人才培养质量标准的影响最大。研究结果对我国高校人才培养质量标准进行了定量评估,对同类高校在构建环境科学与工程专业人才培养质量标准时候有借鉴意义,同时也为管理部门在教学决策方面提供了依据。

摘  要:
The quality standard of talents cultivating is the core of higher education quality standards,and is the yardstick and criterion to measure the level and effect of higher education.In this paper,the quality standard of environmental science and engineering(ESE)in Anhui Science and Technology University was taken as the research object,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to establish AHP model and the model is solved.The research results showed that the C13 was the maximum weight value and more than 0.1,the weight value of C14、C5、C18 and C2 were more than 0.05,respectively.These 5 factors of"Practice Teaching""Second Classroom""Education and Teaching Level and Input""Basic Theory and Basic Skills"and "Undergraduate Teaching Center Status"had the greatest impact on the accomplishment of the quality standards of ESE talents cultivating.The results of this study is a quantitative assessment of the quality standards of talents cultivating in colleges and universities in China,not only offer a reference on construction of quality standards of ESE talents cultivating for other applied university,but also provide a decision basis for the teaching management departments.
