基于脉宽调制的变量喷药技术控制系统

摘  要:
针对机组行走速度变化和施药机械施药量不能满足农艺要求的问题,设计了一种基于脉宽调制的变量喷药控制系统。该系统可根据车速的变化,由电子控制单元实时调整脉宽调制信号的占空比,进而控制脉宽,调制喷头的喷药量,实现了依据车速变化的变量施药作业。其目标是提高农药利用率,减轻化学物质对农业生态环境的污染。

摘  要:
Considering the problem that the amount of spraying can not meet the agriculture requirements because of via ration in tractor' running speed,a variable rate control system in spraying based on pulse width modulation(PWM) technique was designed.This system could adjust the duty factor in PWM signal using the electronic control unit according to the variation of tractor' speed real-timely,and thereby control the pulse width,and modulate nozzle's spraying quantity.And the purpose of variable spraying based on the change of tractor' speed is realized.This research is targeting at increasing the efficiency of pesticide,and reducing the environment pollution caused by chemical material.
