基于水稻不同生育期叶绿素值推荐追施氮量的研究初报

摘  要:
为研究水稻生育期内不同施氮量、叶绿素值与产量之间的相关关系,提出基于叶绿素诊断值的合理推荐施氮量,为宁夏灌区水稻合理追施氮肥提供科学依据。采用多点田间定位试验研究不同施氮处理下水稻不同生育期内的叶绿素SPAD值动态变化规律,并对水稻叶绿素SPAD值、施氮量和产量进行回归统计分析。结果表明:从分蘖期开始,水稻叶绿素SPAD值随着生育期的推进逐渐增加,在分蘖后期到拔节初期SPAD值达到最高点,然后在孕穗期-抽穗期-乳熟期SPAD值呈下降趋势;水稻不同生育期叶片叶绿素值与施氮量呈正相关,随着施氮量增加,叶绿素值也增加;水稻孕穗期、抽穗期前期叶绿素值与产量呈正相关,从而提出基于水稻不同生育期叶绿素诊断值的氮肥推荐追施量,在分蘖-拔节期间,叶绿素SPAD值要达到32~35,追施氮量在30~60 kg/hm2;在拔节—孕穗前期,叶绿素SPAD值要达到35~40,追施氮量在45~75 kg/hm2,在孕穗后期,叶绿素SPAD值控制在40~45,追施氮量在15~30 kg/hm2,若叶绿素SPAD值超过40~45,可以免追穗肥。

摘  要:
In order to study the relationship among the amount of topdressing nitrogen,yield and Chlorophyll SPAD diagnosis of Rice(CSDR),and the recommended topdressing nitrogen quantity were provided based on CSDA in Different Growth Stage.The field experiments were conducted to study the dynamic changes of Chlorophyll SPAD diagnosis during rice different growth stages on different site,and analyze its relationship with yield and amount of topdressing nitrogen using the statistical regression method.The study result indicated that CSDR increased from tillering stage,and it was the highest on the late tillering stage and early elongation stage,then it began to decrease.CSDR positively correlated with amount of topdressing nitrogen in different growth stage,CSDR enhanced with application nitrogen increaseing.And there was close relationship between the CSDR and rice yield before booting stage in different experiment,based on which the reasonable amount of recommended topdressing nitrogen was put forward.it was suggested to apply nitrogen 30-60 kg/hm2 when CSDR was 32-35 during tillering-elongation stage,apply nitrogen 45-75 kg/hm2 when CSDR was 35-40 before booting stage,apply nitrogen 15-30 kg/hm2 when CSDR was 40-45 after booting stage,and there were no need of applying application nitrogen when CSDR was more than 40-45.
