6种园林草本植物的抗旱光合特性

摘 要:
银边山菅兰、蜘蛛抱蛋、蜘蛛兰、文殊兰、射干、鸢尾是常见的园林草本植物。采用盆栽控制土壤水分的方法,研究这6种植物叶片的光合作用对干旱胁迫的响应,以期为节约型园林建设的植物筛选提供依据。结果表明:干旱胁迫处理期间,6种草本植物叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr)持续下降,复水8 d后Pn、Gs均未恢复到对照水平,鸢尾的Pn、银边山菅兰的Gs恢复程度最高,蜘蛛兰的Ci和银边山菅兰的Tr恢复到对照水平。综合评价,银边山菅兰、蜘蛛兰、鸢尾对干旱胁迫的适应性和调节能力相对较强。

摘 要:
Dianella ensifolia 'WhiteVariegated', Aspidistra elatior Blume, Hymenocallis littoralis, Crinum asiaticum, Belamcanda chinensis and Iris tectorum are common herbaceous plants in gardens. An experiment was made by potting methods with water control to analyze the response of the photosynthesis of these six plant species to drought stress and rehydration, with a view to providing basic grounds for plant selection for conservation-saving garden construction. The parameters of net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs), intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci) and transpiration rate(Tr) of the six species were found to decrease gradually with increased drought time.After 8 days of rehydration, the Pn and Gs of the six species did not return to the control level. The recovery degree of Iris tectorum in Pn and D. ensifolia 'WhiteVariegated' in Gs was the highest. The Ci of H. littoralis and the Tr of D. ensifolia 'White Variegated' returned to the control level after 8 days of rehydration. Comprehensively D. ensifolia 'WhiteVariegated', H. littoralis and I. had a higher tolerance to drought.
