基于主成分分析的稻米品质评价及聚类分析

摘  要:
应用主成分分析和聚类分析方法研究了23个籼型杂交稻品种11个品质指标的变异情况,对其稻米品质性状进行了综合评价及分类。结果表明,11个稻米品质指标主要由4个主成分构成,其中外观品质对稻米品质的贡献率最大,占40.23%;聚类分析根据稻米品质表现将23个品种分为3类。

摘  要:
Variation of 11 quality characteristics among 23 indica rice cultivars was studied by the application of principal components analysis and cluster analysis.The rice quality traits were comprehensive evaluated and clustered.The results showed that the 11 quality characteristics of rice were composed of four main components,among which the appearance quality of rice grain quality contributed the most,accounting for 40.23%.According to the quality of rice,the 23 tested varieties were divided into three categories by clustering analysis.
