不同饲料配方对米蛾生长发育及繁殖的影响

摘  要:
研究4种不同饲料配方(A.70%玉米面+20%麦麸+7%白砂糖+3%酵母;B.94%水稻米糠+3%白砂糖+3%酵母;C.94%水稻米糠+3%大豆粉+3%酵母;D.100%水稻米糠)对米蛾生长发育及产卵的影响。结果表明:饲料A繁育的米蛾发育历期(34 d)明显短于饲料C和D,且平均出蛾量(1 169只)显著高于饲料B和C;而且饲料A繁育的雌蛾平均体质量达41.9 mg,明显高于其他饲料。饲料A繁育米蛾的产卵量最高(561.9粒),羽化后5 d内的累积产卵量占总产卵量的92.1%。在筛选出饲料A适合米蛾繁育的基础上,测试了其在不同接种密度下的繁殖量。结果表明:米蛾在接种密度为5,10,15粒/cm2时,始见蛾期、出蛾数量和雌雄比差异均不显著,但在10粒/cm2时的平均单蛾产卵量显著高于接种密度15粒/cm2,与接种密度5粒/cm2差异不显著。

摘  要:
The growth,development and fecundity of Corcyra cephalonice(Stainton) were studied on four artificial diets,including: A.70% corn meal+20% wheat bran+7% white granulated sugar+3%yeast;B.94% rice bran+3% sugar+3% yeast;C.94% rice bran+3% soybean meal+3% yeast;D.100% rice bran.The results showed that there was shorter developmental time(34.0 d) and higher total number of emergence(1 169 adults) for C.cephalonice on diet A than on diets C and D,and B and C,respectively.In addition,the body weight of female adults reared by diet A(41.9 mg) was significantly higher than those by the other three diets.The female adults from diet A had the largest number of oviposition(561.9 eggs),and the accumulative oviposition in five days after emergence amounted to 92.1% of total eggs laid.Based on the results of optimal diets screened,the development and fecundity of females from different rearing density on diet A were investigated.The results indicated there was no difference in time of first moth,total number of adults emerged and ratio of female to male among the rearing densities of 5,10,15 eggs/cm2,but the oviposition number of females reared from the rearing densities of 5 and 10 eggs/cm2 was significantly higher than that from 15 eggs/cm2.The study may help the exploration and improvement of technology of mass rearing Trichogramma using the eggs of rice moth.
