三倍体苹果杂交后代及其亲本果实香气及品质分析

摘  要:
为了明确三倍体苹果杂交后代的果实香气及品质的遗传倾向,以"寒富"苹果与"四倍体嘎啦"苹果的6份三倍体杂交后代及其亲本共8份品种(系)为试材,采用静态顶空(SHS)和气相色谱-质谱联用技术及高效液相色谱技术,检测了果实的香气成分及其糖酸组分和含量。结果表明:8份试材中共检测到34种酯类、醇类与醛类等挥发性物质,不同试材间的差异较大;在6份三倍体杂交后代试材中,H4G1的特征香气的种类最多;主成分分析结果表明,6份三倍性新种质的果实香气均倾向于父本遗传;果糖为所有试材果实的主要糖组分,其次为葡萄糖、蔗糖;苹果酸为主要的有机酸;在所有试材中,糖酸组分存在一定的差异,但其糖酸组成类型却不存在差异。

摘  要:
In order to confi rm genetic tendency of fruit fl avor compounds and quality of triploid apple hybrid progenies, the flavor compounds and quality of six materials from triploid hybrid progenies of Hanfu and 4x Gala and their parents were studied by using static headspace(SHS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results show that there are 34 aroma components in the eight cultivars, including esters, alcohols, aldehydes and so on. And there are differences in different materials. H4G1 has the most types of characteristic aroma in six hybrid progenies. The results of principal component analysis show that the fruit aro mas of the six triploid hybrid progenies incline to paternal inheritance. Fructose is the most dominant sugar in all materials, followed by glucose and sucrose. Malic acid is the principal organic acid. The contents of sugars and organic acids have some differences among the eight cultivars, whereas their kinds are similar.
