摘 要：
服务于闽台经济融合的金融人才培养的相关问题,一方面是两岸文化教育领域融合的重要方面,另一方面可直接服务于闽台经济融合,具有十分重要的意义。论文以两岸经贸合作的现状为切入点,首先介绍了两岸经济融合的背景,接着提出该背景下金融人才应具备的素质,然后针对现有金融人才培养模式存在的问题,提出优化金融人才培养模式的建议。

摘 要：
The related issues of cultivating financial talents serving the economic integration between Fujian and Taiwan are, on the one hand, an important aspect of cross-strait cultural and educational integration,and on the other hand, they can directly serve the economic integration between Fujian and Taiwan, which is of great significance. The thesis takes the current situation of cross-strait economic and trade cooperation as an entry point, first introduces the background of cross-strait economic integration, then proposes the qualities that financial talents should have in this context, and then proposes an optimized financial talent training model for the existing problems Suggestions.
