整理并总结了国家麻类产业技术体系建设现状及所取得的成就,研究分析了麻类产业技术体系对我国麻类作物生产的积极作用,阐述了我国麻类产业发展过程中存在的主要问题,并从完善内部机制及制度建设、加强成果推广、强化与地方的联系等方面提出了具体建议,对推动体系建设和我国麻类作物生产有重要参考价值。

摘 要：
The status and achievements of China Bast & Leaf Fiber Crops Research System(CBLFCRS)since its establishment was summarized in this paper. The positive role of CBLFCRS on production of bast fiber crops in China was studied and analyzed. The main problems of current CBLFCRS in the service of bast fiber industry development were pointed out. Some specific suggestions, including improving the internal mechanism and system construction, strengthening the transformation of achievements, enhancing local contact and so on were put forward, which will have important reference value to promote the construction of the CBLFCRS and production of bast fiber crops in China.
