不同预处理对3种冬青品种扦插生根的影响

摘  要：
为提高冬青扦插成活率,以奈瑞(Ilex×Ilex sp.'Nellie R.stevens')、矮生全缘构骨(Ilex×altaclereniss'Argentea-marginata')和中国少女(Ilex sp.'China Girl')3个冬青品种的当年生枝条作为插穗,采用不同预处理(清水处理3 h、冷藏(2℃)3h、1.5%的盐酸处理3 h、2%的PEG 6000处理3 h)结合0.1%的ABT速蘸10 s,以仅清水处理3 h为对照进行扦插试验。结果表明:0.1%的ABT速蘸10 s可有效提高奈瑞、矮生全缘构骨、中国少女的扦插成活率,与对照相比,分别提高43.0%、9.0%、20.75%。不同预处理对冬青品种扦插成活率的影响不同,奈瑞以2%的PEG 6000处理3 h效果最高,而矮生全缘构骨、中国少女,则均以pH 6.5的弱酸处理3 h最佳。

摘  要：
In order to improve the survival rate of holly,Ilex × Ilex sp.' Nellie R.stevens',Ilex × altaclereniss ' Argentea-marginata'and Ilex sp.'China Girl' annual branches as cuttings of 3 varieties in holly,using different pretreatment (3 h of water treatment,3 h of cold storage (2 degrees),3 h of 1.5% hydrochloric acid treatment,and 3 h of 2% PEG 6000 treatment),combined with dip in 10 s of 0.1% ABT,with only 3 h of water treatment as the control,cutting test.The results showed that the concentration of 0.1% ABT in the 10 s,can effectively improve the survival rate of three kinds of holly,and compared with the control,respectively,increased by43%,9% and 20.75%.Different pretreatment on varieties of holly cutting survival rate is different.3 h of 2% PEG 6000 treatment can promote Ilex × Ilex sp.'Nellie R.stevens' rooting,and Ilex × altaclereniss ' Argentea-marginata' and Ilex sp.' China Girl',3 h of pH 6.5 weak acid treatment is the best.
