植物中MYC2转录因子功能研究进展

摘  要:
MYC2转录因子属于植物bHLH转录因子家族中一员,它在植物JA信号途径中处于核心位置,在植物对JA诱导反应中起着非常重要的作用。本文综述了MYC2转录因子的结构特点,其与靶基因启动子结合特点及植物中其在JA介导情况下的正调控、负调控功能机制等,并对MYC2转录因子在植物次生代谢调控方面的研究进展和应用前景进行了讨论。

摘  要:
MYC2 transcription factor is one of the plant bHLH transcription factor family.MYC2 is a core protein in the JA-induced signaling pathway and plays a very important role in plant response to JA stimulation.In this article,we summarize the structural characteristics of MYC2 transcription factor and its functions in binding the target genes' promoter regions.The mechanism of MYC2 in positive and negative regulation under the condition of JA-induction in plants was also reviewed.The prospects and potential application of MYC2 on regulating plant secondary metabolism are discussed.
