摘  要：
可编程序控制器(简称PLC)是基于微型计算机技术的通用工业自动控制设备。PLC由于体积小、功能强、速度快、可靠性高,又具有较大的灵活性和可扩展性,目前已被应用到机械制造、冶金、化工、交通、电子、纺织、印刷、食品、建筑等诸多领域。奶牛饲喂机器人是用来进行奶牛个体精饲料补给的精准饲喂系统,主要由奶牛自动识别、计算机控制和喂料机构等3部分组成[1]。采用嵌入式计算机和可编程工业控制器为控制核心,并结合模式识别、无线射频卡、C++语言数据处理、数据库、管理决策软件、饲料加工等技术,研制全自动精确饲喂机器人。解决自动运行、投料定位、奶牛个体识别、精确定量混合、数据交换等精确饲喂技术关键。

摘  要：
PLC is based on computer technology and general industrial automatic control equipment.Because PLC has the advantages of small volume,strong function,high speed,high reliability,but also has great flexibility and scalability,has been applied to machinery,metallurgy,chemical industry,traffic,electron,textile,printing,food,construction and other fields.Cow feeding robot is used to individual cow concentrated feed supply accurate feeding system,mainly by the cows automatic identification,computer control and feeding mechanism is composed of 3 parts.The use of embedded computer and programmable industrial controller as control core,combined with pattern recognition,radio frequency card,C++ language data processing,database,management software,feed processing technology,developed automatic accurate feeding robot.Solution of automatic operation,feed location,cow individual distinction,precise and quantitative mixing,data exchange precise feeding of key technology.
