滚筒试验台检测能力分析

摘  要:
目前,国内绝大部分机动车检测站使用滚筒式制动试验台,检测在用汽车的制动性能。对于这种制动试验台的检测能力问题,有些文献已做了一般论述和评价。为此,通过较深入的理论分析,说明各种相关因素对试验台检测能力的影响,首次提出“主动水平约束力”和“被动水平约束力”的概念,并对实际应用中采用的某些附加措施的作用进行了理论分析。

摘  要:
The roller brake tester is widely used in the current domestic vehicle inspect station to measure the brake performance of automobiles. The measure capability problem of roller brake tester had discussed and estimated generally in some paper. This paper try to expound the thorough theories analyzes, explaining the influence to the ability of the roller brake tester taken by every kind of related factor. It is the first time to put forward the concept of "active level binding force" and "passive level binding force". Besides it analyzed the function of some additional measure in practical application. Without any additional measures, it is limited in some degree to measure the brake force of the front-axle by the roller brake tester. The biggest brake force of the front-axle measured is roughly in 0.6-0.65G practically. The ratio of the brake force to the static load in the front-axle in modern car can often be over 100%. Therefore, the biggest brake force of the front-axle measured by the tester maybe far smaller than the real value without any additional measure. I To increase the additional weight of front-axle is a effective method of improving the measure's capability. That is because the measurable brake force is in direct proportion with the weight pressed on the tester rollers. Theoretically, if the additional weight is heavy enough, the biggest brake force of the front-axle can be measured certainly. When the non-measuring wheel (rear wheel) presses on the striate steel plate, the level binding force output passively. It only appears after the car body trend to move backward. At this time, the data of the level binding force is smaller and its data scope is smaller too. So the influence on the measure ability is also limited. The measure capability is approximately in the scope of 0.6-0.7G with the passive level binding force adopted . When the non-measuring wheel had tensed by the steel cable or fixed by the triangle block, the level binding force can bind actively and the brake force measured will increase prominently. Theoretically, the maximal practical brake force of the front-axle can be measured if the active binding force is enough.
