干旱胁迫对盆栽三色堇生理指标的影响

摘  要:
以三色堇想象力F1代为材料,研究干旱胁迫对盆栽三色堇生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着干旱处理时间增加,土壤含水量减少,叶片中脯氨酸含量增幅显著,在处理10d时,达到380μg/g,复水后第2天开始大幅降低;叶片中可溶性蛋白含量先上升后下降再上升,到一定高度后再下降;丙二醛含量的增加不明显;在干旱胁迫8d时,细胞膜的相对电导率达58.98%,干旱胁迫10d时,提高到63.96%,细胞膜的相对透性明显升高。这些生理指标发生的变化在复水后能很快恢复,说明三色堇有很强的抗旱性,在郑州地区可以大量用于公园、住宅小区等地的景观设计,且养护成本较低。

摘  要:
To determine the change of soil moisture content,blade proline(Pro),solutble protein,MDA and relative electric conductivity with the increase of the days of drought treatment,the drought-resistance experiment was conducted under natural conditions with "Imagination" F1 pansy cultivated by German Benary company as the material.The result showed that with the increase of the days of drought treatment,the physiological indices changed obviously and recovered soon after water was regained,which suggested that pansy had very strong drought resistance and could be widely applied to landscape design of parks and house districts in Zhengzhou with a low maintenance cost.
