摘  要：
高校教务管理工作是学校教学管理工作的重要环节,是学校教学工作正常运作的保证。文中总结了教务管理人员的职责、工作特点,存在的问题,提出了教务员必须适应新形势下教学管理工作的需求,提高自身素质,以服务教学为目标对策,在专业建设中发挥应有的作用。

摘  要：
The educational administration is an important part of teaching management and it's the guarantee of the normal teaching.Responsibilities and work characteristics of educational administrators,existing problems and countermeasures of the staff positions are summarized in this paper,at the same,the paper also proposes that educational administrators must adapt to the requirements in new situations,which involves in improving the work abilities,through this,they can play their part in teaching activities.
