务川黑牛遗传资源状况及保护对策

摘 要:
本文目的在于研究务川黑牛遗传资源状况及保护对策方面的相关信息。具体方法就是能够以以贵州地方牛优良品种务川黑牛为研究对象,选取分布于其7条染色体上的ETH10、ILSTS033、CSSM66、BM2113、ETH225、BM1818和CSRM60共7对微卫星引物进行遗传多样性分析;同时,基于务川黑牛的历史、发展及现状为基础,分析实际中务川黑牛在遗传资源保护方面具体的状况,然后可以通过优化建立基于务川黑牛的保护区、黑牛核心保种群的策略,以及对务川黑牛遗传资源进行开发性的保护,以确保务川黑牛遗传资源得到有效保护。结论证实,7个位点的平均等位基因数、平均有效等位基因数、平均期望杂合度、平均多态信息含量分别为3±1.15、2±0.89、0.6±0.10、0.47±0.13,说明务川黑牛具有良好的遗传多样性;通过格控制务川黑牛杂交代数,确保务川黑牛级进杂交不可以超过2代,也能够及时在务川黑牛杂种后代中,优化选择遗传性能优良的务川黑牛进行遗传横交固定,从而可以确保建立优良的务川黑牛品系,可以优化保护务川黑牛遗传资源,取得实效。结论表明,综合分析务川黑牛遗传资源保护方面的具体状况,并制定具体的务川黑牛遗传资源保护技术路线与对策,能够为今后务川黑牛遗传资源保护提供依据,发挥积极影响。

摘 要:
The purpose of this paper is to research status of Wuchuan black cattle genetic resources and Protection Countermeasures of the relevant information.The specific method is to take Guizhou local cattle breed of Wuchuan black cattle as the research object,selects distributed on the 7 chromosomes of ETH10,ILSTS033,CSSM66,BM2113,ETH225,BM1818 and CSRM60 in 7 pairs of microsat-ellite primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity;at the same time,based on the history,development and status quo of Kawa Kuroushi based service analysis of the specific situation,the protection of genetic resources of Wuchuan black cattle,Wuchuan black cattle through the establishment of protected areas,the establishment of Wuchuan black core preserved population,and the protection of the development of Wuchuan black cattle genetic resources,to ensure the effective protection of the genet-ic resources of Wuchuan black cattle.Conclusions confirm that 7 loci in the average number of alleles,the average effective,number of alleles,the average expected heterozygosity and the average polymor-phism information content were 3±1.15,2±0.89,0.6±0.10,0.47±0.13 that Wuchuan black has good genetic diversity;through strict control of the hybrid algebra,progressive hybridization cannot exceed 2 generation,timely in hybrid progeny choice performance was excellent and good in transverse cross forfixing,and establish excellent strains,protection Wuchuan black cattle genetic resources can be opti-mized,obtains the actual effect.The conclusion indicates that comprehensive analysis Wuchuan blackcattle genetic resources for the protection of the specific situation,and to develop specific Wuchuanblack cattle genetic resources protection technology route and strategy of,can provide the basis for the Wuchuan black cattle genetic resources protection in the future,to play a positive impact.
