文章从国际合作项目申报基础、项目申报过程管理、国际合作工作制度保障等方面出发,结合农业科研单位申请国际合作项目的实践,探讨提出农业科研单位提高国际合作项目立项率的可能途径及建议,以期为农业科研单位争取更多的国际合作项目提供参考。

摘  要：
Based on practice of application for international cooperation projects in agricultural research institutes, several possible approaches and suggestions on how to apply for more international cooperation projects for agricultural research institutes were proposed in this paper from such aspects as application basis, management of application process and institutional guarantees, etc. This will provide references for agricultural research institutes to get more approval of international cooperation projects.
