火炬树蒸腾速率及其环境因子的影响研究

摘  要:
利用LI-6200便携式光合作用测定仪和美制LI-1600稳态气孔仪,对黄土半干旱区造林树种火炬树蒸腾速率及其环境因子进行测定。该研究的目的是为分析该地区火炬树蒸腾作用对环境因子的响应和火炬树最适的水分生态条件提供理论依据。结果表明:①火炬树蒸腾速率日变化的平均值为4.895μg.cm-2.s-1,呈双峰变化曲线。②光合有效辐射、CO2浓度和叶水势对蒸腾速率有相应的影响,但相对湿度对蒸腾速率的影响不是很明显。③火炬树能适应干旱环境是由于叶水势降低导致气孔导度的减少,从而通过减少蒸腾耗水来达到适应干旱的目的。

摘  要:
The transpiration rate,stomatal resistance and environmental factors of Rhus typhina in the test field in semi-arid region of the Loess Plateau were measured with a portable steady porometer(Li-1600 and LI-6200).The study provides the theoretical basis in analyzing the transpiration response for the environmental factors and the optimum water ecological condition of Rhus typhina in semi-arid region.The results show that:① daily change average value of transpiration rate of Rhus typhina is 4.895μg.cm-2.s-1,appearing the bimodal curve;②photosynthetic active radiation,CO2 concentration and leaf water potential has the corresponding impact on transpiration rate,but the impact of the relative humidity on the transpiration rate is not obvious;③ Rhus typhina can adapt to the drought conditions because of the lower leaf water potential,leading to a reduction of stomatal conductance,so that to reduce the transpiration for the purpose of drought adaptation.
