摘  要：
对德惠市林地保护利用的现状进行了调查与分析,结果表明,该市林业目前存在的主要问题是森林覆盖率低、利用率不高、结构不合理、农防林质量不高、林地保护利用意识不强、管理缺乏科学依据等;依据林业法规与政策,并结合该市林业发展的需要,提出了林地保护、利用和发展的建议。

摘  要：
The situation of forest-land protection and utilization in Dehui City was investigated.The lower forest coverage and utilization of forest-land,irrational structure,undergrade of farmland shelter-belt were found to be major issues for forest-land of Dehui area,and the management of forest-land lacks scientific basis.Some suggestions on protection,utilization,and development of forestland were put forward based on legislations of forest and demands of forestry development of Dehui City.
