大蒜种植机械蒜瓣方向识别算法与控制系统设计

摘  要:
依据小波算法理论和PLC控制技术,设计了大蒜蒜瓣方向的自动图像采集算法,并在PLC控制过程中设置了PID控制器,开发出了一种新的大蒜种植机械蒜瓣方向识别的PLC控制系统。该系统的硬件系统采用西门子S7-300系列产品,并利用Step7进行软件编程控制。为了验证该系统的有效性和可靠性,选择了158瓣形状规则和不规则的蒜瓣进行方向调整测试。通过测试发现,该系统对形状不规则和蒜尾被遮住的蒜瓣图像也能进行自动化调整,且蒜瓣方向调整准确率都在90%以上,可以满足大蒜自动化种植的需要,为大蒜种植技术的研究提供了一种新的自动化控制方法。

摘  要:
Based on wavelet theory and PLC control technology,this paper designed automatic image acquisition algorithm,and set PID controller settings in PLC control process,developed a new PLC control system of garlic direction identification of garlic planting machine.Using Siemens S7-300 series products as hardware system,it used Step7 to program and control the system.In order to verify the validity and reliability of the system,it chose 158 petal regular and irregular shape garlic to research on direction adjustment and test.The test showed that the system can also automatically adjust irregular shape and garlic clove tail with obscured image,and the garlic direction adjustment accuracy is above90% by the test results.It can meet the need of garlic planting automation,and provides a new automatic control method for the study of garlic planting technology.
