摘要：

芽变育种在甘薯育种中有其特殊意义,对甘薯育种工作具有很好的促进作用,具有简便易行、经济有效、加速育种进程、缩短育种年限等优势。该文从理论和实际操作两方面进行探讨,并对甘薯芽变育种方法进行改进,旨在为甘薯品种选育及产业发展提供参考。

摘要：

Bud mutation breeding had special significance in breeding of sweet potato,which was an effective breeding method with advantages of simple,economical,accelerated and shorten time. The theory and practice were discussed in this study,and the bud mutation breeding method of sweet potato was improved,which would provide references for breeding and industrial development of sweet potato.
