生物质热解反应器中热载体传热实验——基于V形下降管式热解反应器

摘 要:
热载体与生物质粉在下降管式反应器中的传热过程十分复杂,为了简化研究,设计制作了V形下降管实验装置,在未加入生物质粉的条件下,进行了热载体与V形下降管式热解反应器的换热实验。在热载体喂入反应器的初温分别为50,60,70℃时,测量了反应器系统的温度及热载体离开反应器时的最终温度,测定了热载体与空气的对流换热系数。结果表明:热载体离开反应器时的终温、管壁温度和管内空气温度均呈指数函数变化,管壁和空气的温度变化滞后于热载体终温的变化;热载体初温升高时,管壁热流量和空气热流量增幅相同;热载体与空气的对流换热系数随空气温度的升高而增大。

摘 要:
The heat transfer between heat carriers and biomass in the down-flow tube reactor is very complicated.In order to simplify the study,a V-shaped down-flow tube apparatus was designed and fabricated and the heat transfer experiments were conducted in the V-shaped down-flow tube apparatus without the presence of biomass.Temperatures at various positions of apparatus and the final temperature of heat carriers were measured and the coefficients of convective heat exchange between heat carriers and air were then determined for different initial temperatures of the heat carriers(50℃,60℃ and 70℃).The experimental results show that the final temperature of heat carriers at the outlet the reactor,the temperature of the tube and the temperature of the air increase exponentially,and the temperature of the tube and the temperature of the air delay the temperature of heat carriers.The heat flow across the wall of the tube and the heat flow across the air increase with the increase of the initial temperature of heat carriers similarly.The convective heat transfer coefficient between heat carriers and air also increase with the increase of the air temperature.
