不同粗蛋白水平饲粮对围产期奶水牛生产性能和生殖激素的影响

摘  要:
为研究饲粮不同粗蛋白水平对围产期奶水牛生产性能和生殖激素的影响,试验选择18头围产期奶水牛,随机分为3组,进行为期45 d的饲养试验,饲料配方参考NRC(2001)进行调整。对照组粗蛋白(CP)水平为17.5%,Ⅰ组CP水平为16.5%,Ⅱ组CP水平为18.5%。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,Ⅰ组干物质采食量(DMI)提高12.89%,Ⅱ组降低12.41%,差异显著(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组CP、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率较对照组分别提高7.02%、19.85%和24.89%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)3.5%标准乳(FCM)产量和饲料转化率(FE),与对照组相比,Ⅰ组分别降低1.67%和14.81%,Ⅱ组分别降低29.97%和21.16%,差异不显著(P>0.05);乳糖含量Ⅱ组显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。(3)产后15、30 d促卵泡素(FSH)、孕酮(PROG1)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌激素(E2)各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明在该试验饲粮结构下,饲粮CP水平为17.5%时产奶量和FE最高,更适宜围产期奶水牛泌乳和繁殖营养需要。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effect of different dietary protein level on productive and reproductive hormone in perinatal buffalo cows,the total of 18 perinatal buffalo cows were randomly divided into three groups for a 45 days feeding experiment:the crude protein level of the control group,group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ,were 17.5%,16.5%and 18.5% base on the NRC(2001) standard respectively.① The result showed that:the dry matter intake(DMI) of group Ⅰ were 12.89% higher and group Ⅱ were 12.41% lower than that of the control(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of CP,NDF,ADF of group Ⅰ were 7.02%,19.85%,24.89% higher than that of the control respectively(P>0.05).②The 3.5% fat corrected milk(FCM) yield and feed efficiency(FE) of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were 1.67% and14.81% and 29.97% and 21.16% lower than that of the control(P>0.05).③The level of FSH,PROG1,LH,E2 on the day 15 and 30 postparturn had no significantly difference among treatments(P>0.05).Conclusion:the dietary crude protein level(17.5%) of the control group was better in terms of 3.5%FCM yield and FE.
