牡丹花微波-电磁联合干燥工艺研究

摘  要:
采用能够精准计量输出和反射功率的微波干燥试验台与电磁加热干燥试验台,研究了牡丹花的微波-电磁联合干燥工艺特性。采用Mat Lab对微波干燥和电磁干燥的结果进行了数学函数拟合,并找到了理论最佳结合点,进行试验验证。结果表明:微波-电磁联合干燥牡丹花的最佳工艺为:首先,使用微波干燥(功率密度为5.97 W/g)将新鲜牡丹花瓣的干基含水率降至9 9%(此时花瓣的质量降为其初始质量的5 0%左右);然后,采用电磁干燥(温度为60℃)将花瓣干燥至恒重。该工艺可将新鲜牡丹花瓣的干基含水率在30min之内从313%降至4%,符合储存条件。与热风干燥、冷冻干燥相比,微波-电磁联合干燥工艺所需时间减少85%以上,且产品品相能够保持良好。

摘  要:
In order to research the characteristics of peony's drying by microwave associated magnetic heating process,a magnetic heating device and a microwave drying test device with microwave power measuring functions were used to carry out drying peony flowers. Based on the tests' figures,Matlab was used to fit mathematical curves out,then to calculate the best switching time point. From the tests,we can get conclusion that: first,microwave drying should be used with5. 97W/g power density until the moisture content( d. b.) in the peony declined to 99%( the weight is about 50% of initial fresh peony); then,shifted to magnetic heating at 60℃. By this associated drying progress,the fresh peony's moisture content( d. b.) dropped fast from 313% to 4%,which met the tea 's storage rules. This associated drying technology decreased the heating time over 85% than traditional drying methods such as hot-air drying and freeze drying,and it can keep products good-phase.
