苹果树枝屑袋栽培香菇试验

摘 要:
[目的]为研究苹果树枝屑作主料袋栽香菇的效果。[方法]于2000~2004年连续用苹果树枝屑作主料进行香菇袋料栽培,观察香菇的菌丝体生长情况,收获时统计产量及效益。[结果]用苹果树枝屑袋栽香菇,菌丝体生长速度快,平均达0.58~0.65 cm/d,污染率低,约为7.14%~9.60%,产量高,平均可采摘6~8潮,前3潮产量较高,生物转化率为122.50%~139.28%,每袋纯利润达11.40~17.20元,经济效益可观。[结论]采用苹果树枝屑袋栽香菇,菌丝体生长快,污染率较低,产量高,经济效益可观,生物转化率高达139.28%,成本较低,原料来源广泛,应用前景广阔。

摘 要:
[Objective] The purpose was to study the effect of plastic-bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes with apple tree branch litters as main materials.[Method] With apple tree branch litters as main materials,the plastic-bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes was conducted continuously in 2000~2004.The growths of L.edodes mycelia were observed and the yield and benefit were counted when it was harvested.[Result] In the plastic-bag cultivation of L.edodes with apple tree branch litters,the mycelia grew quickly,with the growth speed averaging 0.58~0.65 cm/d and low contamination rate(7.14 %~9.60 %).The mycelia had high yield.It could be picked 6~8 flushes averagely and the products of the first 3 flushes were higher.Its biological transformation rate was 122.50 %~139.28 % and net profit per bag was 11.40~17.20 yuan,so the economic benefit was obvious.[Conclusion] Using the plastic-bag cultivation of L.edodes with apple tree branch litters,the mycelia grew quickly,with lower contamination rate,high yield and obvious economic benefit.Its biological transformation rate was up to 139.28 %,with low cost,broad raw material sources and broad application prospect.
