摘 要：
根据已发表的ＩＢＶＳ基因核苷酸序列，自行设计合成了一对跨幅约０．９ｋｂ的引物。该区段包括了Ｓ１基因Ｃ末端的４００ｂｐ和Ｓ２基因Ｎ末端的５００ｂｐ。用该引物对５株ＩＢＶ参考毒株Ｇｒａｙ、Ｍ４１、Ｈ１２０、Ｈ５２和ＭＡ５进行ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ一步法扩增均获得预期的ＰＣＲ产物，该引物的ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ灵敏度检测结果表明，可以检测出０．１１２ｐｇ／μＬ的模板。用该引物对３０个地方分离株进行检测，１８株呈阳性，与鸡胚传代及电镜观察结果一致。

摘 要：
A pair of specific primers were designed according to the published sequences of IBV spike gene.The region between the primers were about 0.9kb , corresponding to sequences with 500bp of S1 gene C-terminus and 400bp of S2 gene N-terminus. The expected products of five IBVreference strains were obtained by Access RT PCR. The limit of IBV RNA detection by Access RT PCR assay was 0.112pg/μL of RNA sample.Eighteen strains of 30 isolat/es detected by the primer B were positive. These agreed with the results of the electronmicroscopy and embryo passage.
