古田山黄精——多花黄精一新变种及其与近似种的比较研究

摘要：

报道了浙江产黄精属植物一新变种——古田山黄精 ,并对其与近似种在形态学和核型上进行了比较研究 .结果如下 :古田山黄精 (Polygonatum cyrtonema var.gutianshanicuym) ,2 n=2 x=2 4 =14 m+ 4 sm+ 6 st(2 sc) ;多花黄精 (P.cyrtonema) ,2 n=2 x=2 2 =10 m+ 8sm+ 4 st;长梗黄精 (P.filipes) ,2 n=2 x=16 =8m(4sat) + 8sm.长梗黄精的核型属于 2 B型 ;多花黄精属于 3B型 ;古田山黄精属于 2 C型 ,核型均为首次报道 .数据统计表明叶片宽度、总花梗长度是古田山黄精与其原变种多花黄精的主要区别所在

摘要：

In this paper, a new variety of Polygonatum cyrtonema -- P. cyrtonema var. gutianshanicum was discribed. Karyotypical and morphological studies of it and the similar species were also given. The karyotype of the variety is formulated as 2 n =24=14 m+4 sm+6 st (2 sc) , P. cyrtonema is 2 n =22=10 m+8sm+4 st , and P. filipes is 2 n =16=8m (4 sat)+8sm . The karyotype of P. filipes is bimodal and belongs to Stebbins' 2B type , while P. cyrtonema to 3B type and the variety to 2C type. The karyotypes were firstly reported. Based upon morphological analysis, the leaf width and peduncle length were considered to be the main difference between P. cyrtonema var. gutianshanicum and P. cyrtonema var. cyrtonema.
