矮砧苹果果实糖积累的研究进展

摘  要:
矮砧苹果的果实品质越来越受到果农及相关科技工作者的关注与重视,而糖是决定苹果风味的主要物质之一。笔者阐述了苹果果实糖积累特性,综述了砧木对嫁接品种苹果果实糖含量及糖积累影响的研究现状。最后针对苹果砧木对嫁接品种果实糖积累影响的研究方法及研究方向提出了一些思考与展望。

摘  要:
The fruit quality of apple tree grafted by dwarfing rootstock had become more and more being concerned by fruit farmers and related workers with science and technology, and sugar was one of the main substances which determined the flavor of apple fruit. Sugar accumulation characteristics of apple fruit was elaborated. The progress on effect of rootstock on content and accumulation of sugar in apple fruit of scion were reviewed. Some thinking and prospect about the study method and study direction of effect of rootstock on accumulation of sugar in apple fruit of scion were put forward.
