中国林业产业发展情况综述

摘  要：
从4个方面对近20年来中国林业产业的发展进行了总结与分析：1)系统梳理了我国针对林业产业出台的多项重大政策，对政策特征和类别进行了分析；2)对林业产业结构演变和结构优化进行了研究，我国林业三次产业产值构成已经转变成“二、三、一”，但是产业结构转型空间依旧较大；3)在分析森林资源的基础上，对林业产业区域竞争力和空间布局进行了归纳总结；4)对基于中国知网（CNKI）检索、筛选的14 043篇论文进行了文献计量分析，分析林业产业研究的文献数量和研究热点变化趋势。最终，归纳总结出我国林业产业发展的特点、面临的问题，并提出推进科学绿化、构建产学研良好环境和加强标准体系建设等建议。

摘  要：
In this paper, the development of China's forestry industry in the past 20 years from four aspects was summarized and discussed: Firstly, a number of important policies issued for the forestry industry were systematically combed, and the characteristics and categories of the policies were analyzed; Secondly, the study on the evolution and optimization of the structure of the forestry industry, the composition of the three Chinese forestry industry output value has been transformed into "two, three, one", but the industry structure transformation space is still large; Thirdly, based on the analysis of forest resources, the regional competitiveness and spatial layout of forestry industry were summarized. Fourthly, the bibliometric analysis of 14 043 papers based on CNKI was carried out to analyze the number of literatures on forestry industry research and the changing trend of research hotspots. Finally, the characteristics and problems of the development of Chinese forestry industry were summarized, and some suggestions to promote scientific greening were put forward, a good environment for industry-university-research and strengthen the construction of standard system was established.
