4ZHL-140型自走式花生联合收获机的研究设计

摘  要:
针对我国花生联合收获机生产现状,对4ZHL-140型自走式花生联合收获机的整机结构、主要关键技术进行创新研究设计。通过生产试验,对其性能和生产质量测定,对比和分析该设计样机技术参数和作业指标符合农艺要求,具有履式行走复式作业、双层百叶式和网状振动筛、两级伸缩齿滚抖土装置等技术创新。试验数据和结果分析,也证明该研究设计,工作效率高、燃油消耗适中、作业性能稳定、适应性较强、运行平稳,安全可靠,工作噪音低,易于调整和操作;脱净率高、破损率和损失率低,工作效率达0.27~0.33hm2/h,主要挖掘铲、伸缩齿,拔禾齿等耐磨性强、性能好,各项技术性能指标均达到设计要求,具有较好的经济效益和推广价值。

摘  要:
Aiming at the production status of China's peanut combine harvester,the 4ZHL-140 self-propelled peanut combine harvester machine structure,key technology,and innovation research and design.Through the production test,determination of their performance and the quality of the production,comparison and analysis of the design and operation of indicators meet the technical parameters of the prototype agronomic requirements,has the crawler walking compound operation,double-layer louver type and mesh sieve,two stage telescopic hobbing soil shaking device and technology innovation.Analysis of test data and results,proves that the study design,high work efficiency,fuel consumption is moderate,stable operating performance,strong adaptability,stable operation,safety and reliability,low noise,easy adjustment and operation;high threshing rate,broken rate and loss rate is low,the work efficiency of 4 to 5 mu/h,the main mining shovel,flexible gear,poking teeth,strong wear resistance,good performance,the technical performance indicators have reached the design requirements,with good economic benefit and popularization value.
