工业磷酸规模化除氟的探索

摘要：

将氯化钠和硅酸钠联用除氟的实验室研究成果用于工业磷酸除氟的试生产和饲料级磷酸氢钙的试生产。通过试生产验证并充实了实验数据,确定了工业磷酸规模化除氟的具体生产工艺,并用除氟后的工业磷酸批量生产出氟含量达到国标要求的饲料级磷酸氢钙。

摘要：

The research achievement of defluorination with both Na Cl and Na2 Si O3is applied in the trialproduction of industrial phosphoric acid and feed-grade DCP.Though trial production,the experimental datahas been enriched,and the defluorination process has been determined,the feed-grade DCP in which theamount of fluorine is according with national standard has been produced with defluorinated industrialphosphoric acid on a certain scale.
