本文从农贸市场环境卫生、禽肉产品质量安全和疫病防控等三个方面客观分析了甘肃省玉门市推行家禽定点屠宰的主要原因,分析了推行过程中凸显出的主要问题,并从政策法规、机构建设、监管措施等方面提出了具体建议。

摘  要：
The main reasons for implementing poultry fixed-point slaughtering in Yumen city were objectively analyzed in this article from the following aspects :environmental sanitation of live-bird markets,quality and safety of the poultry products,as well as the animal epidemic prevention. Based on the analysis,the major highlighted problems in the implementation process of this practice were introduced. At the end,specific suggestions were given,including policies and regulations,institution building and supervision measures.
