当前我国农村人口的老龄化不断加剧,如何建立和完善农村社会养老保障机制使之适应农村经济社会发展,已经成为政府和社会的重要任务之一。解决中国农村社会养老问题,关键是要推动农村经济发展,继续发挥家庭养老功效;同时要构建和完善城乡一体化养老保障体系与监督管理体系,保障养老资金的投入和资金运行安全。

摘  要：
Currently,the aging tendency of the population in rural areas are increasingly serious,how to establish and improve old-age security mechanism for rural residents and make it adapt to the development of rural economy and society has become one of the important tasks of government and society.The key to dealing with the issue of providing and supporting the old is to promote the development of rural economy and keep taking advantage of supporting and providing for the aged at home;at the same time,it is necessary to establish and improve rural and urban integrated old-age insurance system and supervision,management system,so as the ensure the investment of the pensions for the old and its secured operation.
