摘 要:
采用标准样地法研究了广西南丹县山口林场秃杉幼林4种间作模式(秃杉-旱谷、秃杉-小米、秃杉-玉米和秃杉纯林)的土壤酶活性进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:秃杉幼林不同间作模式土壤(0~40 cm)酶活性存在明显差异,其中土壤过氧化氢酶活性为秃杉-玉米>秃杉-旱谷>秃杉-小米>秃杉纯林,土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和酸性磷酸酶活性为秃杉-玉米>秃杉-旱谷>秃杉-小米>秃杉纯林,不同间作模式土壤酶活性与土壤主要养分存在密切的相关关系。可见,与秃杉纯林相比,3种间种模式土壤酶活性均呈现增大趋势。说明秃杉幼林间种农作物更有利于土壤有机质和氮、磷养分的转化,提高土壤的肥力水平。

摘 要:
The standard plot method was used to study the effects of four inter-cropping patterns(T. flousiana-Zea mays, T. flousiana-Oryza sativa, T. flousiana-Setaria italica, and T. flousiana forest) on the soil enzyme activity. The results showed that the soil(0~40 cm) enzyme activities differed obviously between different inter-planting patterns, the activities of soil catalase was in the order of T. flousiana-Setaria italica >T. flousiana-Zea mays > T. flousiana-Oryza sativa > pure stand of T. flousiana,and the activities of soil urease, sucrase and acid phosphatase enzyme were in the order of T. flousiana-Zea mays > T. flousiana-Oryza sativa > T. flousiana-Setaria italica > pure stand of T. flousiana.There was a close relationship between soil enzyme activities and soil nutrients in different inter-cropping patterns. Compared with that of the pure stand of T. flousiana, the activity of soil enzyme in the three inter-croping patterns increased.It shows that T. flousiana-crop intercropping can promote the transformation of organic matters, nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil,and can improve soil fertility.
