常温干燥贮藏条件下棉种生活力探析

摘 要：
在武汉地区常温条件下,课题组于1973～1987年用干燥器保存了一批材料。2003年5月对干燥器保存的棉种取样测定发芽率,并在大田种植观察。结果表明,在武汉地区,室内常温干燥条件下,棉种贮藏16年后,发芽率仍可达到87.3%。1974年贮藏的种子,发芽率仍达70.7%。干燥器内保存的2147份棉种播种后,除部分干燥器漏气,干燥剂吸湿严重导致少数棉种丧失发芽率外,尚有1262份能正常成株,并成铃吐絮收获种子。说明常温条件下,干燥器贮藏种子的棉种保存方法可以用于种质的中长期保存。

摘 要：
Cottonseeds stored in desiccators rom 1973 to 1987 were checked by germination rate and verified by field planting. The results indicated that the germination rate of cottonseeds decreased with the increase of storing time, and cottonseeds germination rates differed significantly from each other by different desiccators even stored in the same year. The gemination rate was 87.3% of the cotton seeds stored for 16 years and 70.7% of those stored for 29 years. 1262 of 2147 samples could shoot up and grow into mature plants. The experiments showed moisture of seeds and environments were the key factors to determinate the storing life span of cottonseeds. Under normal temperature, the storage of cottonseed in desiccator is simple, economic and efficient.
