黄孢原毛平革菌预处理小麦秸秆制沼气研究

摘  要:
试验用黄孢原毛平革菌(Phanerochaete chrysosporium)对小麦秸秆进行预处理,测试预处理产物在中温35℃,总固体含量(TS)为8%条件下的产沼气情况。结果表明,黄孢原毛平革菌对木质纤维素的降解能力较强,降解木质素的能力尤为显著。实验条件下,白腐菌处理小麦秸秆20 d,秸秆中木质素、半纤维素、纤维素的降解率分别为62.75%,17.7%,10.9%;黄孢原毛平革菌对秸秆降解处理10 d,15 d,产气量较对照分别提高了42%,41%,产气量与纤维素、木质素含量均呈显著负相关。但是,降解期过长会影响产气量。因此,采用黄孢原毛平革菌对秸秆进行适当时间的降解预处理可以显著提高秸秆的厌氧发酵效果,该研究可为秸秆的能源化开发利用提供一定参考。

摘  要:
Wheat straw was pretreated by white-rot fungi,Phanerochaete chrysosporium,to degrade lignocelluloses,and the biogas production of pretreated straw was investigated under temperature of 35℃ and TS of 8%. The results showed that P. chrysosporium had strong ability to degrade lignocelluloses,especially lignin in wheat straw. After 20 days of pretreatment,the degradation rates of lignin,hemicelluloses,cellulose,were 62. 75%,17. 7%,10. 9%,respectively. The wheat straw pretreated by P. chrysosporium for 10 d and 15 d obtained 42%,41 % higher biogas production respectively,comparing with the control group. And the biogas production was significantly negatively correlated with the contents of cellulose and lignin. On the other hand,the gas production would be dropped due to an excess long time of pretreatment degradation.In conclusion,the anaerobic fermentation of straw can be significantly improved by the pretreatment with P. chrysosporium for an appropriate time.
