农村劳动力非农就业的性别差异及东西部比较

摘  要：
本文对我国农村劳动力非农就业的性别差异进行了分解,并对不同地区的非农就业性别差异进行了比较。研究发现,虽然不同性别农村劳动力在教育、培训上存在差距,但不是造成农村劳动力非农就业性别差异的主要原因。非农就业性别差异主要是由于婚姻、家庭中的儿童数等形成的。东西部地区之间的比较结果显示,西部地区由估计系数不同所引起的非农就业性别差异更大,尤其是婚姻状况的影响。

摘  要：
This paper analyzes the gender differences in non-agricultural employment of rural labor in China, and also compares the gender differences in non-agricultural employment of rural labor in different areas. The reason for gender differences in non-agricultural employment is mainly because the marriages,children in the family and so on have different effects on male and female labors in non-agricultural jobs.The com- parison results between the eastern and western regions indicate that the western region has greater gender differences than the eastern region in non-agricultural employment caused by the different estimated coeffi- cients,especially the impact of marital status
