水稻单株脱粒计数仪的研制

摘  要：
介绍了水稻单株脱粒并实现计数仪器的结构和性能特点,对其脱粒和计数工作原理、过程进行了分析。通过对主要部件工作参数的试验及分析,确定了水稻单株脱粒叶片最佳工作转速,并确定了计数装置电机转速,可使机器对水稻破损率降到最低,且保证了计数的准确率,使仪器性能达到最佳工作状态。

摘  要：
The structure and characteristics of the threshing and counting equipment for single rice were introduced in this paper.It analyzed the working principle and processing of the threshing and counting.The best working rotate speeds of the threshing lamina and the counting equipment were confirmed respectively by examining and analyzing for the working parameters of the main working components.It assured the counting precision and reducing the disrepair ratio to make the equipment work in the best state.
