紫外光谱法测定钾盐中钾含量的方法研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究用紫外光谱法测定钾盐中钾的含量。[方法]采用分光光度导数法,选择276 nm作为一阶导数测定波长进行扫描测量,对试验样品进行微量分析,并对其准确度和精密度进行评价。[结果]紫外光谱法数据准确,重复性好。与重量法相比,该方法使用的试剂少、检测时间短。[结论]该方法可用于日常检测分析。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the potassium content in sylvite by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.[Method] Derivative method of spectrophotometry was adopted.The test sample was measured by wavelength scanning in 276 nm,and its veracity and precision were evaluated.[Result] The data was accurate and reproducible.Comparing with the gravimetric method,fewer reagents and little quantities were needed,and the test time was short.[Conclusion] The method could be used for routine analysis.
