县级电力网微机调度自动化SCADA系统

摘  要:
介绍一套适用于县级电力网的微机调度自动化 SCADA 系统。该系统采用精密整流技术进行电压、电流和功率模拟量变换,对原有变电站的千瓦小时表进行了改装,以实现千瓦小时脉冲的采集和传送,并采用分合闸控制回路防止遥控误动,具有对变电站进行远动、图形显示、报表打印及事故记录的功能。

摘  要:
A microcomputer based SCADA system is developed for dispatching au- tomation of power networks of county level.Precision commutating technique is used to transform voltage,current and power.Kilowatt-hour meters of old power substations are modified to collecting and transferring Kilowatt-hour pulse.In order to prevent remote communication circuit misfeeding,a switching control circuit is used.The system can serve the functions of remote communicating,graphic display- ing,data table printing and fault recording.
