马铃薯精量排种技术发展现状与展望

摘  要:
中国是马铃薯生产大国,马铃薯种植规模大、范围广.马铃薯种植存在过程繁杂、劳动强度大、效率低等问题,研究马铃薯机械化种植十分重要.目前有多种排种技术应用于马铃薯机械化种植,勺链式排种器结构简单,传动稳定;气吸式排种器能实现精密排种;针刺式排种器对种薯的适应性较好.针对机械化排种过程中的漏播问题,漏播检测与自动补偿技术对于提高马铃薯播种效率具有重要意义.分析了国内外马铃薯精量排种技术的研究现状,比较不同排种器之间的区别,阐述现阶段马铃薯精量排种存在漏播、消耗功率大、对种薯的损伤较大等问题,为马铃薯精量排种技术的研究提供参考.

摘  要:
China is a big potato producer in the world,with a large scale and wide range of potato cultivation.Potato planting has many problems,such as complicated process,high labor intensity and low efficiency,so it is very important to study potato mechanization planting.At present,different seed arrangement technologies are applied to potato mechanized planting.Spoon chain seed arrangement device has simple structure and stable transmission.The air suction seed arrangement device can realize precise seed arrangement,and needle seed arrangement device has better adaptability to potato planting.In order to solve the problem of missing seeding in the process of mechanized seeding,the detection and automatic compensation technology of missing seeding is of great significance to improve the efficiency of potato seeding.Therefore,the research status of potato precision seed arrangement technology at home and abroad was analyzed,and the differences between different seed arrangements were compared.The problems of potato precision seed arrangement at the present stage were expounded,such as missing sowing,large power consumption and large damage to seed potatoes,which could provide reference for the research of potato precision seed arrangement technology.
