促乳中草药对泌乳大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘  要:
选用分娩当日泌乳母鼠96只,分成4组,每组24只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在对照组基础上添加1%中草药(分别为王不留行、黄芪、益母草)。母鼠分娩后当日将每窝仔鼠一律调整为8只。在3、11、22日龄屠宰母鼠取血清测定各免疫指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,黄芪能显著提高泌乳后期母鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平和泌乳后期母鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.05),益母草能显著提高泌乳后期母鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.05)。泌乳期内各组母鼠血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平均差异不显著(P>0.05)。黄芪和益母草能增强泌乳大鼠的免疫功能。

摘  要:
The objective of the study was to determine effects of Chinese herbs on immune function in rats during the suckling period.A total of 96 Sprague Dawley female rats after parturition were assigned to four groups randomly,with 24 rats each.Rats as control group were offered basal diets until the end of the weaning period.Rats in the other three groups were administered diets supplemented with 1% Vaccaria segetalis(VS),Astragalus membranacens(AM) and Leonurus heterophyllus sweet(LHS),respectively.After parturition,the litter size was culled to eight pups per rat.Eight rats per group were killed for spleen tissue and blood collection on days 3,11 and 22 of lactation.Serum TNF-α level and spleen lymphocyte proliferation of rat were significantly higher that in the AM group than in the control group during late lactation(P<0.05),and spleen lymphocyte proliferation of rat was significantly higher that in the LHS group than in the control group during late lactation(P<0.05).There was not obvious influence on serum IgG and IL-2 content in the dam and pup rats of control,VS,AM and LHS groups(P> 0.05).The above-mentioned results showed that diet AM and LHS can improve the immune function in dam rats.
